📦 Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $14.95 flat rate on all orders under $149

• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $149 Australia-wide

🕐 Order Processing

• Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday to Friday during standard business hours (AEST).

• Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 9am AEST on a business day for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 9am will be sent the next business day. Custom orders please allow 3 days processing time

• Busy Periods: During new launches or sale events, dispatch may take a little longer — please allow 2-3 business days.

✉️ Shipping Notifications

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please email us at billieandmethecollection@gmail.com and we’ll follow it up for you. While we work with trusted carriers, delivery times may vary and delays can occur.

At this time, we only ship within Australia.
