🔄 Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles, diffusers, or room sprays unless they are deemed faulty.

💌 How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at billieandmethecollection@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

🔁 Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
